Our frozen wild sea scallops come from Atlantic Canada and are of excellent quality. They are available year-round in sizes ranging from 7 to 12 cm with roe and frills. With a rich flavor and an underlying sweetness, these scallops remain tender when pan-seared and can be grilled in under 5 minutes. The quick-freezing process ensures that marinades and sauces stay in place on the grill, helping to retain moisture. The elegant presentation on the half-shell makes them perfect for serving on a plate or as a small dish for outdoor dining.
