Available in boneless loins, skinless with the bloodline removed, each albacore portion weighs 3-5 lbs and is individually Vacuum-Packed (IVP) and put in 30 lbs master case, 33 cases per pallet. Shelf life from production date is 24 months when stored at -18°C.
