Frozen Wild Albacore Tuna

Fished in the south Pacific and south Atlantic, these albacore tuna are much larger than the northern albacore variety caught in the Pacific Northwest. Available in boneless loins, skinless with the bloodline removed, each albacore portion weighs 3-5 lbs and is individually Vacuum-Packed (IVP) and put in 30 lbs master case, 33 cases per pallet. Shelf life from production date is 24 months when stored at -18°C.
