We ensure our crabs are carefully handled for maximum freshness. Graded in two size categories 1.5 to 2 lbs (0.7 to 0.9 Kg), and 2 lbs up (.907 to 1.2 kg). They are held in chilled sea water tanks for 24 hours prior to being packed for air freight shipments in 45-lbs master cases.
