Description
Our fresh shucked oyster meat come from Washington state. All our oyster meats come from fattening beds near the bay that allow the oysters to be exposed to cold clean waters and nutrients from the West Coast. Once fully grown, they are carefully hand washed and graded.
Meat sizes include extra small, small, medium, and large/jumbo subject to availability in 16 oz, 32 oz, and 64 oz containers. We can ship oyster meat from the Pacific Northwest across North America.
