Pacific Chinook is renowned for its pleasing red colour, firm flesh, delicate texture, and big flavour. Every bite nutritious with protein and essential Omega 3s. From the shimmering waters of Canada’s west coast to you in just in time harvest to international shipping within 48 hours. Vertically-integrated production and frequent harvests (up to three times a week, 52 weeks a year) means consistently getting our best. Enjoyed in some of the world’s finest restaurants.
Our fish is pumped aboard a harvest vessel, humanely stunned, and chilled in circulating slush ice, then transported to an organically certified processing plant nearby. Primary processing is completed in a government-certified plant by a skilled crew, graded for quality and size, and packed on ice. Temperature-controlled trucks move product to an organically certified facility for distribution, packed 60 lbs per wetlock styro box with ice or gel packs.
