We offer our salmon in grades #1 and #2, and in sizes ranging from 2-4 lbs, 4-6 lbs, to 6-9 lbs. Our Fresh Wild Sockeye Salmon has a shelf life of 7 to 10 days, so you can enjoy its freshness for longer. Available from May to early September, our salmon comes in a 50 lb case for your convenience.
